Community Center Rentals

RENTAL DETAILS

The Community Center can be rented by filling out a reservation form in the office and paying the rental fee of $125.00 per day. This rental fee is due up front when the reservation is made. Renters must come by the office to pick up a key for the community center prior to the reserved day and return the key on the next business day. A $100.00 deposit is required when the key is given out. Once the key is returned and as long as there is no damage to the facility, then the $100.00 deposit is returned to the renter.

 

COMMUNITY CENTER DETAILS

The Community Center will seat approximately 108 people. Rectangular tables and folding chairs can be set up however requested by the renter. There are women’s and men’s restrooms inside the facility as well as a large kitchen with two stoves and a refrigerator. Outside the Community Center is a pavilion area with picnic tables that are available to whomever has the Community Center reserved.  This room can be used for a variety of events such as receptions, reunions, birthday parties, dances, showers, etc.
